My name is Nic Kidston. I founded NK Coaching & Consulting after more than two decades working alongside leaders in complex organisations doing meaningful work.
Before becoming a fully qualified, Senior Accredited Coach (EMCC) and leadership partner, I held senior roles including Director, Deputy CEO and Co-CEO. Those years gave me first-hand experience of the responsibility leaders carry — balancing strategy, governance, finance, operations, people and constant change through complexity.
Today I work with leaders and teams to support reflection, strengthen leadership and build organisational capacity as they navigate strategy, change and development.
The aim is simple: to help leaders, teams and organisations move forward with clarity, confidence and resilience.
