Nic Kidston
Founder | Senior Coach | CEO Co-Pilot
Passionate about supporting leaders and teams, Nic brings inspirational leadership and operational expertise from her experience as Co-CEO, Deputy CEO, and Director in national organisations. She combines this with a strong belief in individual strengths and the ability to inspire mission driven outcomes across teams.

She is a versatile leader and quick learner, having held organisational responsibility for most areas of strategy and operations she brings a solution focussed outcomes driven approach to co-pilot with other leaders. She brings energy, creativity and structure, adding much needed bandwidth around strategy, operations and governance for Charity CEOs.
As a coach, Nic has successfully coached Executives, middle managers in Private and Voluntary sector roles, through moments of development and change. Through her coaching, she guides individuals to challenge unhelpful beliefs, build self-awareness, and focus on what truly matters—enabling them to perform at their best and create meaningful, lasting change.
She holds a Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching, is awaiting the award of her PGCert in Coaching for Behaviour Change at Henley Business School, and is a Senior Practitioner Accredited Coach with EMCC Global. She undertakes monthly supervision to ensure best practice and continued development.​

Amanda Fearn
Associate | CEO Co-Pilot
Amanda joined the CEO Co-Pilot team in March 2026 and we are so lucky to have her! She is a senior charity leader with over 25 years’ experience strengthening non‑profit organisations through strategic leadership, governance, and operational excellence. She has spent her career helping mission‑driven organisations build the systems, confidence, and capacity they need to thrive.

Most recently, as Chief Operating Officer for a national charity, Amanda led the full breadth of core organisational functions — finance, operations, HR, governance, and compliance — embedding strong risk management, accountability, and sustainable growth.
Her earlier career includes Director‑level and programme leadership roles across high‑value national initiatives, corporate partnerships, and Government‑funded programmes, giving her a deep understanding of how charities operate within complex funding and regulatory environments.
Amanda brings a blend of strategic clarity, operational rigour, and calm, solutions‑focused leadership. She is passionate about strengthening organisations with social purpose and is known for bringing energy, focus, and practical insight to the CEOs, senior leaders and teams she supports.
